1.
Determining the installation location The
location must be determined by considering the size of the
installation and the bringing-in of machinery parts. In order to
bring in large-sized machine parts, an adequate frontage space is
required. If the installation is not on the ground floor, the use
of a crane may be required. The same amount of preparation space
as installation space is required.
2.
3. Inking and skid assembly While using
a spirit level to carry out precise leveling, by matching the
inking lines, the skids are constructed that become the
foundations for the panels. The main chamber, surroundings, and
ceiling height should have approximately 500 mm margin to allow
builders' access.
4.
5. Laying the floor panels The outer
covering is vinyl chloride coated steel plate, and the interior
uses SUS 304. Because the foaming of the urethane resin gives a 1
ton/m² load, the surface load will be able to withstand a 1 ton
load. The laying of the light-weight high rigidity heat resistant
panels is than completed. Using silicone caulking between the
panels, a high degree of air tightness and heat resistance is
ensured.
6.
7. Mounting the ceiling panels Different
installation methods will be used for especially large- sized
testing chambers. The safest method is used, which may include
suspension from channels, suspension from the installation
location building joists, supporting by using construction
materials, etc.
8.
Conditioning machine mounting When
constructing the conditioning machine that consists of the boiler
unit, cooling cooling coil unit, heater unit and agitating fan,
these items should be fixed to the main unit with attaching
fixture called fasteners, because they are fairly heavy compared
to the panels.
9.
Door mounting Depending on the
dimensions of the object to be put in the chamber, either a single
door (W 700×H1800) or a duple door (W1400×H2000) should be
selected.
10.
Finishing After completion of the
assembly of all panels, silicone caulking is carried out to
complete work on the outside walls of the main unit. . By carrying
out instrumentation mounting electrical wiring work for the
sensors and lighting, etc. and in stalling the refrigerator and
cooling wiring and water piping, the work is completed.
